We ship via USPS Priority Shipping, with delivery times varying based on location. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns and Replacements

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged due to the shipping process, we will provide a replacement if reported within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify for a replacement, you must email us at Contactus@c4luxcandles.com with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final. Once processing has started, cancellations are not permitted. Please review your order details carefully before submitting your request.

All branding elements, including scent formulations, are unique to and exclusively owned by C4Lux Candles. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our products or trademarks is strictly prohibited.

What are your candles made from?

Edgewater Candles are made from midwestern soy wax, cotton wicks, and a blend of essential oils and phthalate-free scented oils. Using only these simple materials, with no additives or dyes, our candles are vegan, clean burning, long lasting, and cruelty-free.

Can I bring empty Mason Jars back for you to reuse or recycle?

Yes! We will have further information coming soon.

How long do your candles last?

Our 12oz Mason Jar candles burn for approximately 75 hours, and our 6oz Travel Tins burn for approximately 35 hours. To get the longest burn time from your candle, allow the wax to melt across to all edges of the container before extinguishing. This will help avoid “tunneling”, which can prevent some of the wax from being used. Keeping the wick trimmed will also ensure a longer burn time

Are your products made in the US?

Yes. We make our candles and all of our products by hand in Maryland.
